Payment Schedule

• $200 deposit per person is required to hold your spot.

• The deposit is fully refundable 90 days before the trip starts.

• Entire trip balance is due 60 days before the trip starts.

• Any balance paid is fully refundable 30 days before the trip starts,
  less deposit schedule.

• Balance is 50% refundable if canceled less than 30 days before the trip starts.

• Payment is non-refundable if canceled less than 15 days before the trip starts.

1. Personal/Business/Cashier’s Check
Payment by check can be made to Association for Biblical Science & Archaeology or “ABSA” and mailed to 120 W. Columbus Ave, Flagstaff, AZ 86001

2. Credit/Debit Card While check is our preferred payment as it helps us avoid processing fees, we understand many people prefer to pay via Credit Card for points or for convenience.
